Referral Terms

• The term “Referrer” shall apply to existing Coconut customer who received a promotional offer to invite others to join Coconut.
• The term “Referee” shall apply to a person invited by a Referrer, who privately shared their personal referral link, to join Coconut.
• The offer to be a Referrer is open to Coconut customers, who
• are using Coconut to manage their business finances;
• have been invited to the scheme via the app, email and post.
• The Referrer is required to provide the Referee (friend) with the unique referral link shared via the Coconut app, via email from Coconut or as printed on marketing materials provided, to be eligible for redemption of any associated offers or promotions.
• Promotional offers may vary, and are only redeemable when the referee has paid their first monthly subscription fee.
• If a Referee is invited by more than one Referrer to Coconut, any rewards will be given to the Referrer whose referral link was used by the Referee.
• To be eligible to participate as a Referee, you must
• not have an existing account with Coconut;
• not be the same person as the Referrer;
• meet eligibility requirements for signing up for a Coconut account;
• complete all necessary steps to sign up to use Coconut, including accepting the terms and conditions;
• use your Referrer’s unique link or share a valid unique referral link in-app to Customer Support via chat;
• Referees who successfully join Coconut via a Referrer’s code, will be eligible for seasonal rewards and promotions.
• We encourage participants to check these terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the terms and to withdraw referral schemes and promotions at any time. Your continued use of our services shall constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer.
